President of the Parliament celebrates the enactment of the Venezuelan Red Cross Law

The President of the Legislative Branch, Jorge Rodríguez, celebrated the act of promulgation and signing of the Venezuelan Red Cross Law, by the President in Charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, where he highlighted the good spirit of political coexistence, as well as the political dialogue found in the country's Parliament.

“We welcome the enactment of the Venezuelan Red Cross Law, a fundamental legal instrument, born from the debate and commitment of our deputies. Under the leadership of the President in Charge Delcy Rodríguez, we are legally strengthening the humanitarian work and transparency of this institution in the country,” Rodríguez wrote on his Telegram account.

The signing of this legal instrument represents a milestone for the health sector, as it formalizes the Venezuelan State's recognition of the capacities of this international institution and its strategic role within the national risk management system.
