Public Ministry summoned Claudia Améstica for false statements regarding the murder of Canserbero

The Attorney General of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Tarek William Saab, announced this Saturday that the Public Ministry summoned Claudia Améstica, daughter and niece of Guillermo and Natalia Améstica, respectively, confessed murderers of the rap singer Canserbero and Carlos Molnar, to make statements before the National Prosecutor's Office.

Through her account on the social network X, Saab pointed out that the said citizen “with her false statements has sought obstruction of justice and false attestation”.

In this regard, they urged Améstica “to present the 'alleged evidence' that refutes, according to her, the convincing conclusions reached by the Public Ministry regarding the double murder committed by her father and aunt against Canserbero and Carlos Molnar”.

Recently, the Public Ministry reopened the investigation into the case of the renowned Venezuelan rapper, and concluded that it was a double homicide after the confession of the Améstica brothers, who were complicit in both murders, which they managed to cover up with the help of police officers.
