Rehabilitation of Jorge Rodríguez Intercommunal Avenue in Anzoátegui is progressing

The Road and Infrastructure Corporation of the state of Anzoátegui is making progress in the comprehensive rehabilitation of Jorge Rodríguez Intercommunal Avenue, an artery that connects the municipalities of Bolívar, Sotillo and Urbaneja. At the same time, the removal of the thoroughfares from the Bus Rapid Transit System (BTR) began.

“It generates a lot of discomfort among all the things that malfunction on the Intercommunal Avenue in the metropolitan area; we are working to correct it,” emphasized the governor of the entity, Luis Marcano.

Simultaneously, scarification work is being carried out in discontinuous sections in front of the headquarters of the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite) and the Rodolfo Loero Arismend i University Institute of Industrial Technology (Iutirla). In this sector, long asphalt folders will be placed in order to optimize the conditions of this important road.

With the execution of this day, the entity consolidates the improvement of Troncal 9, a road that connects the metropolitan area of the region with the objective of offering safer and more efficient mobility to users.
