Rosa Martínez and Cristian Torrealba absolute champions in the First Valid National Sprint Triathlon

Rosa Martínez from Sucrense and Cristian Torrealba from Anzoatigua were crowned absolute champions in the First Valid National Sprint Triathlon held at the “CA Agustín Armario” Naval Base in Puerto Cabello, Carabobo state.

Martínez was accompanied on the podium by Yaniuzka Jiménez, representative of the state, Lara, and Génesis Ruíz from Caracas.

For his part, Torrealba (58 ″ 27 ″ 30) dominated the race, followed by Gregori Ibarra from Caracas (59 ″ 44 ″ 07) and Guaire's Jean Franco Farnetano (1 ″ 00 ″ 49 ″ 00), according to the Ministry of Sports press.

On the other hand, in the Aquathlon event, Isaí Ulloa from Tachirense (17″ 02 ″ 72) set his race pace to dominate the race in the super sprint distance consisting of 1,500 meters of running, 400 meters of swimming and 1,500 meters of running.

The second place went to the Aragueño Gustavo Velázquez (17″ 34″ 69), while the Mirandino Jean Rabbat ranked third (17″ 36″ 79).

Finally, in the women's category, Silvana Calanche from Caracas was crowned with a time of 20″ 42″ 00, Guaireña Lucia Barrio (21″ 27″ 76) crossed the finish line very closely and in third position came Keity Andrade from Caracas (21″ 30″ 00).
