School enrollment in Anzoátegui exceeds 315 thousand students

The school enrollment in the state of Anzoátegui, for the academic period 2024-2025, is 315 thousand students.

This was reported by the single education authority, Adriana Sandonato, who indicated that 1,309 educational institutions operate in the 21 municipalities of the entity to serve children and adolescents.

In this regard, Sandonato noted that during the first week of classes, school attendance of more than 98% has been reported.

Similarly, in statements collected by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), the educational authority explained that the National Government, together with the regional executive and mayors, promote the intervention of the campuses to improve their conditions and infrastructure.
