Sector Vice President Cabello: 229,139 security officers will be deployed during Easter

This Friday, March 27, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported that a large number of security officials will be deployed throughout the country to protect the population during the Easter holidays.

“229,139 Venezuelan officials will be deployed throughout the country (...), the officials of our police agencies, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, the firefighters, the recreational workers, are working and doing so in a happy way (...) to protect the people,” said Cabello during the deployment of the Safe Holy Week Security Device from the state of Anzoátegui.

He also recalled that the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, decreed a week off for Holy Week; and stressed that security agencies will be in all states to provide security and protection to the people.

In this regard, he specified that the deployment of the security device throughout the country will have 960 medical care points and 3,512 service points on the road.

“Security agencies will be in every corner of the country, everyone who is here does their work selflessly, voluntarily and in a loving way for the protection of the people,” he reaffirmed.
