Sector Vice President Cabello delivered vehicles, motorcycles and telephones to 131 Peace Quadrants in Los Valles de Tuy

This Friday, February 20, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, delivered vehicles and motorcycles to the 131 Peace Quadrants in Los Valles de Tuy, in Miranda state .

“We are moving from 101 Quadrants to 131 Quadrants of Peace, which correspond to the 131 Communes of Los Valles del Tuy. These vehicles that are being delivered are new, zero kilometers, but, in addition, two motorized units will be delivered to each Commune; then a patrol, two motorized units and a telephone are delivered,” he said during the Adaptation of the Peace Quadrant in Miranda.

He specified that the delivery of cell phones is so that communities have permanent communication with 911, so that if there is an emergency in the territory, they can be treated immediately.

He took the opportunity to recall that the vehicles and motorcycles that are being delivered are for the Peace Quadrants. “These cars are not for the mayor's office or for the government or for the police or the guard, they belong to the People's Power,” he criticized.

For this reason, he explained that for every four Peace Quadrants, a patrol and two motorcycles are delivered, which should only patrol where those are located.

He recalled that this provision is made following the instruction of President Nicolás Maduro and supported by the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, who ordered that each Community Circuit should have a Peace Quadrant.

He emphasized that today the Peace Quadrants are not made of paper; that is why this effort is being made in conjunction with the National, Regional, Municipal Government and the People's Power.
