Simon Bolivar School Ship arrived in Granada

At the first destination of the XXXVI Foreign Education Cruise “Mares of Union for the Dream of Bolivar 2026", the Simón Bolívar Training Ship of the Bolivarian Navy arrived in San Jorge, Granada.
The union, solidarity and joint work on board the ship Ambassador Without Borders marked the arrival of the vessel, in addition to consolidating cooperation ties with the diplomatic representation of Granada, detailed the Ministry of People's Power for Defense.
The reception was given by the ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Grenada, Jorge Alfonso Guerrero Veloz, who welcomed the crew.
During the meeting, together with the ambassador, activities were carried out that reflected the commitment to integration between the peoples of the Caribbean and the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace.
During their stay, the BE-11 will open its doors so that the inhabitants of the island can get up close and personal with life on board, naval technology and the unwavering spirit of Venezuelan sailors, who carry their message of peace and brotherhood.
The ship sailed last Saturday, March 21, from the Port of La Guaira to begin its instructional cruise. You will visit five Caribbean countries: Grenada, Dominica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Mexico and Cuba.
