Simon Bolivar Study Center held a conference to vindicate the validity of the Liberator's thought

As part of the commemoration of the 243rd anniversary of the birth of El Libertador Simón Bolívar, the conference “Bolívar , the man of difficulties” was held this Friday, organized by the Simon Bolivar Study Center, as a space to reflect on the validity of Bolivarian thought in the face of the challenges of the present.

The activity brought together the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Raúl Cazal; the president of the Simon Bolivar Study Center, Alejandro López; the historian and deputy Juan Romero, and the president of the Bolivarian Society of Venezuela, Pompeyo Torrealba, who addressed different aspects of the political and historical legacy of the Father of the Fatherland.

During his speech, Minister Cazal stated that the Bolivarian ideology continues to guide the nation's path .

“Bolivarian thinking allows us to continue walking for our homeland, to continue working for our sovereignty, for our way of understanding that there is still a lot to do, and that Bolívar is still alive,” he said.

The conference was part of the commemorative program dedicated to the birth of the Father of the Fatherland Simon Bolivar, with the purpose of promoting the study and dissemination of his thought as a historical reference for new generations.
