The Frigate Admiral Gorshkov and the Oil Tanker “Akademik Pashin” of the Russian Federation's Northern Fleet arrived in the country as part of actions to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood between the two nations.
This was reported by the Bolivarian Navy through its X account, where it detailed that the crew of the boats of the Eurasian giant made a floral offering in Plaza Bolívar - Chávez de La Guaira and visited Barracks 4F in the City of Caracas.
