Teachers from Apurea received training in microscopy to strengthen scientific teaching

As part of the National Scientific Semilleros Program, a training day was held for teachers at the Don Rómulo Gallegos Bolivarian High School, in the state of Apure.
The initiative, framed in the Great Mission of Science, Technology and Innovation Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán, seeks to prepare educators in these strategic areas to multiply scientific knowledge in all educational institutions in the country.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology, in the high school laboratory, participants learned about the use of the optical microscope as a pedagogical tool, its components and appropriate management, exploring the various teaching possibilities that this tool offers to make teaching different subjects more attractive.
The workshop also made it possible to present a comprehensive vision of the National Scientific Seedbeds Program, highlighting its achievements, the promotion of critical thinking and interest in science in students, combining theory with practice.
