A group of basic education students from the San Martín de Porres Educational Unit enjoyed a day full of science and robotics with the Science Caravan, organized by the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite) in the state of Aragua.
The training began with a series of experiments carried out by Professor Genesis Pimentel, who explained to the children the density, the types of mixtures, and other aspects related to the area of chemistry.
For the development of these activities, scientific seedbeds were able to use the kits of the Chemistry Caravan, developed by the National Center for Chemical Technology (CNTQ).
In addition, according to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MINCYT), scientific seedbeds also learned about the basic principles of microscopy, the parts of a monocular microscope, their functions and uses.
The boys and girls of the institution also participated in the Creative Robotics workshop and learned about the history, parts and programming of a robot.
