As part of the third chapter of the Viva Venezuela World Festival, the theater workshop entitled “The body as a tool and source of expressiveness” was held at the headquarters of the National Experimental University of the Arts (UNEARTE) in Barquisimeto, Lara state.
According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, during this enriching day, participants explored the relationship between the human body and its capacity to communicate emotions and narratives, through movements and gestures.
In addition, in parallel, the workshop “Craftsmanship, a silent witness and companion of the cultural heritage” was held, which highlighted the importance of artisanal traditions as carriers of collective memory and as vehicles for preserving and transmitting cultural identity.
In addition, it served as a space for attendees to interact with local artisans and learn about ancient techniques that have lasted over time.
UNEARTE, as an institution committed to the integral formation of its students, continues to promote spaces for reflection, creation and learning. In that sense, these workshops, which are part of the Viva Venezuela World Festival, reaffirm the importance of arts and culture as artistic pillars.
