During a press conference after the signing of important bilateral energy agreements, the Secretary of Energy of the United States, Chris Wright, described the strategic alliance between the two countries as a pact where both parties will obtain immense benefits.

Wright stressed that the agreement will generate a constant flow of capital to the hydrocarbons sector, which will have a direct impact on the country's socio-economic well-being. “There will be more investment for Venezuela and this will improve the lives of Venezuelans, it is an agreement focused on boosting oil production,” said the senior US official.

The holder of the US Energy portfolio reaffirmed the commitment of the North American business sector to deploy cutting-edge technology and financial resources in the exploration and exploitation phases of deposits.

In this regard, he emphasized the strength and trajectory of the companies involved in the project, stressing that the credibility of this alliance transcends words.

“We tend to say that it's not just about knowing how to choose good words or structure a good speech, but about being able to show real results. We are working with a company that has managed to demonstrate strong and indisputable results on Venezuelan soil,” he said.
