Venezuela and Qatar consolidate their bilateral agenda at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum

Within the framework of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, held in Türkiye, a high-level meeting was held between the Deputy Minister for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania of Venezuela, Andrea Corao Faria, and the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi.

During the meeting, both diplomats addressed regional issues of common interest and reaffirmed the commitment of their governments to advance cooperation schemes that promote the development and well-being of their Peoples, the Ministry of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs (MPPRE) reported on its Instagram account.

During the meeting, Minister Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi expressed his strong interest in the continuous promotion of projects in strategic sectors for both nations.

In the same way, he highlighted his willingness to visit Venezuela soon with the clear purpose of consolidating the progress achieved and to follow up exhaustively the agreements discussed in previous meetings between the senior authorities of both countries.

The representatives also exchanged perspectives on the current geopolitical situation in their respective regions.

In this regard, they reiterated their shared commitment to working together to obtain positive results that favor sustainable development and the political and economic stability of their nations, which strengthens the diplomatic bridge between Caracas and Doha.

This bilateral meeting reaffirms the will of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the State of Qatar to deepen their bilateral relations through constant dialogue.
