The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led this Thursday the signing of a Framework Agreement and a Technical-Financial Alliance with the transnational company Shell to boost hydrocarbon production in the country.

The agreement focuses specifically on the comprehensive development of the Carito and Piritual production units, located in the Punta de Mata Division (Monagas), under the parameters of the Hydrocarbons Act.

During the event, Rodríguez highlighted that these agreements give life to new business models that allow synergies between the State and international companies with a history of history in the country.
