Vice President Delcy Rodríguez received the High-Level Delegation of Petrleos Mexicanos

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, held a meeting
this Friday with the high-level delegation of the company
Petrleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), as part of the
energy cooperation policies promoted by the Bolivarian Government led by President Nicolás Maduro .
During the meeting held at the headquarters of the Vice Presidency in Caracas, the attendees evaluated the energy relations between PEMEX and PDVSA.
On the part of the high-level delegation of this important Mexican company, the General Director of Mexican Petroleum, Octavio Romero; the General Director of Exploration and Production, Ángel Cid Munguia; the General Director of American Regional Organizations and Mechanisms of the Mexican Foreign Ministry, Efraín Guadarrama, and the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Mexico in Venezuela, Leopoldo De Gyves, participated.
While the Venezuelan delegation was present the Minister of Popular Petroleum Power and President of Petroleos de Venezuela, Pedro Tellechea; the Executive Vice President of PDVSA, Héctor Obregón; Vice President of Exploration and Production of PDVSA, Luis Molina, and the Venezuelan Ambassador to Mexico, Francisco Arias Cárdenas.
