Volunteering for Life in Aragua trains 250 people in Ocumare de la Costa de Oro

In an articulated effort to strengthen risk management in the state of Aragua, this Saturday a total of 250 people successfully completed the training program to join the Volunteer for Life program in Ocumare de la Costa de Oro.
The training activity was carried out at the court facilities in the town of Cata and had specialized instruction from the entity's Civil Protection and Disaster Management staff.
Through a press release, the mayor of the municipality, Wilmer Leal, highlighted that this day responds to an initiative born in the state of Aragua after the seismic events recorded on June 24, with the objective of empowering citizens to act in a timely and coordinated manner in the care of emergencies and emergencies.
During the training, PC instructors instructed the group on how to deal with earthquakes, structural fires and tsunami or tsunami events. In addition, the training plan was adapted to the participants' abilities to optimize their performance according to individual abilities.
The activity was also attended by Lipson Ferrer, coordinator of the plan, whose primary objective is to consolidate effective levels of organization in the face of possible events of natural, socio-natural or technological origin.
