The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Water Power, carried out a comprehensive technical evaluation of the Ayala tank and the water treatment plant of the Miranda urbanization, in order to optimize service in the Miranda entity.
The technical evaluation responds to the priority attention given after the earthquakes that occurred on June 24, which caused structural damage to the Ayala tank, an infrastructure that has a storage capacity of 4 million liters of drinking water.
The Ministry of People's Water Power and the organized community drew up the corresponding diagnosis to begin repair works on the tank in the coming days and the subsequent optimal restoration of the water service in the area.
Gladys Mogollón, spokesperson and resident of the sector, said: “Our community is very grateful to the institution for the timely response and the professionalism demonstrated to provide the most effective solution to our problems.”
These actions confirm the commitment of the national Government to provide immediate responses and structural solutions to guarantee public services to the Venezuelan people.
