Women expressed their support for President Nicolás Maduro in Aragua

The Women's Movement in the state of Aragua gathered this Thursday to install an Anti-Imperialist Tribune in defense of the homeland and to express their support for President Nicolás Maduro, in the face of threats and aggressions from the United States (USA) government.

In this regard, the president of the Legislative Council of Aragua, Katiana Hernández, said that this women's movement has been deployed in the 18 municipalities of the entity to “carry the voice of the organized people who speak out against all the sanctions that have been unjustly imposed on us because Venezuela is an independent and sovereign country.”

He also denounced that the United States is holding Venezuelan children who have separated from their parents at the time of deporting them in his country. “They are kidnapped, as a mother, woman and human rights defender, today I raised my voice for those children who are there and for Venezuelan and world migrants,” she said.

This great movement reaffirmed that in Venezuela there are combative women who are not only willing every day to build a homeland, but also to defend it. In addition, they called on the general public to raise their voices against these attacks by the United States.
