10 years ago Eliézer Otaiza gave his historic speech at the Santa Rosa Chapel

Through the social network X, journalist Isbemar Jiménez recalled that 10 years ago the revolutionary Eliézer Otaiza gave his last speech at the Santa Rosa Chapel in Caracas.

“10 years ago, the president of the Caracas City Council, Eliézer Otaiza, gave his last speech at the Santa Rosa Chapel, just a week later he was assassinated,” said the journalist on the social network.

He also stressed that Otaiza was violently murdered “within the framework of the criminal plan organized by Leopoldo López called “La Salida” 2014".
