This Friday, 131 compatriots arrived in Venezuela on flight 154 of the Great Mission Back to the Fatherland from Opa Locka, Florida, United States (USA).

This group of Venezuelan migrants, who arrived at Maiquetía “Simon Bolivar” International Airport, included 90 men, 29 women and 12 minors.

The Venezuelans were welcomed by officials from the various citizen security bodies, such as the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN), the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), and the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB).

Upon their arrival, the nationals received personalized attention through individual interviews and comprehensive medical evaluations, prioritizing the care of their physical and emotional health after the trip.

Since the resumption of the Great Mission Back to the Fatherland in February 2025, more than 28,000 Venezuelans have returned to the country thanks to the State-led effort to support their compatriots who are abroad.
