At the Hospital of the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security Darío Vivas, in San Juan de los Morros, a free day of pacemaker implantation was held for a total of 17 patients from different municipalities in the state of Guárico, such as: Juan Germán Roscio, Francisco de Miranda, Leonardo Infante, Julián Mellado and Ortiz.

In a press release, Jesús Rojas, the only health authority in the state, pointed out that the beneficiaries were recruited through the 1×10 of Good Governance. He also highlighted that patients obtained these devices free of charge, due to the high cost of them in private health centers.

The interventions were carried out by a specialized medical team, with a high social sensitivity, who did their best to obtain satisfactory results.
