56% of the U.S. population disapproves of Trump's migration policy

A recent CBS/YouGov nationwide survey revealed that 56% of U.S. citizens disapprove of the migration policies implemented by President Donald Trump.
As published by International Media, the study surveyed 2,343 adults between July 16 and 18.
Approval for mass deportations fell from 59% in February to 49%, but it remains high among Republican voters, with 91% approval.
56% of respondents said that raids target people who pose no threat, while 78% considered the treatment of the Hispanic population unfavorable. 58% opposed the use of immigration detention centers.
On the other hand, 52% said that the government is deporting more people than expected, and a significant part of those surveyed said that people with serious criminal records are not being prioritized.
Regarding the economy, 70% said that the government is not effectively addressing price reductions, 60% questioned tariffs and 61% said that the so-called “Great and Beautiful Law” only benefits high-income groups.
