95 professionals completed their diploma to ensure security and peace in prisons

A total of 95 officers participated in the “eighth diploma course in Penitentiary Security”, in which the graduates received, from multidisciplinary experts, knowledge and experience to ensure compliance with the prison regime with a human approach, as established by our legal system.

According to a press release from the Interior, Justice and Peace portfolio, the officers who graduated from this training workshop will be deployed in all prisons in the country, with the objective of implementing an approach that prioritizes the rehabilitation of those deprived of their liberty.

This training course for these prison employees is part of the strategy of the new Venezuelan reintegration model, which seeks to transform the prison system through the rehabilitation of those deprived of their liberty.
