Air Europa enables flexibility options and alternative routes for passengers bound for Caracas

The airline Air Europa activated a series of flexibility and contingency measures to serve passengers with itineraries to and from Caracas. The company reported that date changes for rescheduled flights will be executed automatically, so users will not need to take additional steps. It was also confirmed that connecting flights do not affect their itineraries.

For those users for whom the alternate route to Valencia's Arturo Michelena International Airport (Carabobo) is not convenient, the airline provided three options for reorganizing their trips:

- Change of flight date without additional costs.

- Change of route to active operational destinations such as Medellín, Bogotá or Panama.

- Issuance of a travel voucher or full refund of money.

These special flexibility conditions will also cover customers who have tickets purchased to travel between August 1 and 31, 2026 to or from Caracas. The airline urged users to keep their contact details updated in the system to receive official email notifications in a timely manner.
