In the extraordinary session this Thursday, the National Assembly (AN) drafted the budget for its operation during the year 2026.
This economic estimate amounts to 7 thousand 46 million 777 thousand 661 bolivars, distributed in recurring expenses for personnel and operations, as well as in resources allocated to institutional projects of the AN.
During the presentation of the report at the regular session, Deputy Gerardina Parada explained that the budget distinguishes between current expenditure and investment allocations, aimed at strengthening strategic areas, modernizing administrative processes and ensuring parliamentary operation.
The projects, as detailed, include technological improvements, infrastructure adjustments and optimization of internal services.
In her statements, the parliamentarian took the opportunity to highlight that the country “has managed to overcome the economic war at all levels thanks to the political action of the Bolivarian Government under the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro.”
