Attorney General found compliance with international standards for the management of bodies in La Guaira

The country's authorities comply with national regulations and international standards for the management of bodies in situations of natural disasters, as confirmed by the Attorney General of the Republic, Larry Davoe, during an inspection of the Jardines La Esperanza municipal cemetery, in the state of La Guaira.
According to a post on the Instagram account of the Public Ministry, Davoe visited the aforementioned holy camp in the context of the five lines of action prioritized by the Attorney General's Office for dealing with the emergency caused by the earthquakes of June 24.
“The Public Prosecutor's Office, in compliance with its constitutional and legal powers, has a permanent presence in morgues prepared to deal with the emergency decreed by the National Executive and participates, through its prosecutors and forensic personnel, in the process of identifying deceased persons and in granting the permits required by law for their corresponding burial,” said the publication.
