Authorities review progress for the National Congress of the Historical Bloc

The meeting refined what are the methodologies of the assemblies and the schedule of the congress

The team of the National Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc and the Sectorial Vice Presidency of Public Works and Services held an important meeting to refine details on the methodologies of the assemblies and the schedule.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the meeting was led by the Congress Coordinator and Sectorial Vice President of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, together with the Sectorial Vice President of Public Works and Services, G/D Jorge Márquez.

In this sense, Menéndez presented the three key moments that must be followed in the assemblies: “Fascism or Homeland”, the construction of the Concrete Agenda for Action (ACA) of the Seven Transformations (7T) and the revolutionary transformation of the State.

He stressed that the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, has proposed three central documents: “The vision for the next 30 years, the construction of the ACA and the revolutionary transformation of the State.”

He also stressed the importance of all grassroots, sectoral and communal assemblies being registered on the Congress Platform: https://congresodelbloquehistorico.mppp.gob.ve/.

He indicated that the proposals will be presented to the President of the Republic at the plenary session that will take place from October 31 to November 2.

The meeting was also attended by the ministers of Popular Power for Transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán; of Ecosocialism, Josue Lorca; of Public Works, Juan José Ramírez; of Habitat and Housing, Raúl Parede s; of Water, Carlos Mast Yustiz; the president of Cantv, Jesús Aldana; the president of the National Institute of Statistics, Raúl Pacheco and the Deputy Minister of Territorial Planning, Edgar Valero.
