This Thursday, the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, reported that 16,740 people were injured, 6,462 have been rescued to date after the double earthquake of June 24.

According to the balance sheet, 17,907 are homeless, while 128,324 families have been cared for.


There are a total of 4,930 deaths and 35,781 of patients treated, and a total of 21,210 people remain in 107 temporary camps set up by the authorities.

A total of 856 buildings were affected by earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5, while 190 collapsed. So far, 1,308 replicates have been recorded.

A total of 10,063 tons of food have been distributed, as well as 26,738,575 liters of water, and 30,989 troops and 31,745 volunteers were deployed in support work in the field, in addition to 2,278 international rescuers.
