Banco del Tesoro activates collection center in Caracas to receive emergency donations

A campaign to collect priority inputs was activated in the main tower of the Treasury Bank, located in the El Rosal residential area of Caracas, in order to provide direct support in the face of the contingency faced by various sectors of the country. The space will serve as a centralized point for the reception, classification and subsequent distribution of humanitarian aid to affected areas.

Among the supplies requested for reception at the facilities are clothing in good condition, essential medicines, drinking water and non-perishable food. In addition, the financial institution reported that its digital platforms, specifically the mobile App T application and the Tesoro Online web portal, remain fully operational to ensure the continuity of basic banking services and transactions during the emergency.

To channel reports, coordinate deliveries or request more information about the process of receiving help, the Call Center was made available to citizens by calling 0500 2837676.

Logistic and communication channels will be continuously deployed to meet the immediate requirements of the civilian population.
