BARINAS - BARINAS/Minister Cabello: This country has been in resistance and struggle for 10 years, inventing and reinventing ourselves!

During the closing of the Great Pilgrimage for the Lifting of Sanctions and Peace, in the city of Barinas, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the achievements made in the country during the last 10 years of increased sanctions against the country.

“This country didn't sit idly by these 10 years. This country in these 10 years was in resistance, but a resistance of struggle every day, inventing and reinventing ourselves so as not to be stuck so as not to remain in the past,” he said.

In this regard, the Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also highlighted the importance of this new phase facing the country, and therefore insisted on the need for union to demand that Venezuela be free from sanctions.

“In the past, those who have not realized that this Great National Day of Pilgrimage is really not the work of comrade Delcy (Rodríguez), she has said it; this was born of the different sectors that have met with her, they told her that it was a very good idea that a great national day will be convened to ask the world to lift our sanctions, to demand that the world has had enough of sanctions against Venezuela, and she took the word of those sectors and as president in charge she transmitted that idea and we started this pilgrimage,” he stressed.

Faced with this, he reiterated his call to all Venezuelans to join this demand, remembering that “ we have to love our country above anything”.
