BDT restored its services with complete normality after implementing improvements to the digital platform

The Workers' Digital Bank (BDT) informs its users that, due to the execution of maneuvers in its technological infrastructure, a temporary interruption of its digital services was generated, which was resolved.

Through a press release, the BDT explained that thanks to the work and commitment of the technical team, the work ended with lifting the services and restoring operational normality.

The financial institution thanked its users for their trust, patience and understanding, while apologizing for the inconvenience caused, and reaffirms that it will continue to work on offering digital solutions adapted to the needs of its customers.

BDT reported that it will be holding, during this Friday and Saturday at its agencies, special comprehensive care days, designed to provide personalized assistance.

Friday, May 29, 2026: Hours will run from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 30, 2026: Public service will take place between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
