The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, called on Tuesday to heal the inequalities and social wounds generated by the blockade, highlighting the project of Commander Hugo Chávez and the Liberator Simon Bolivar.
“The intolerance and hatred of extremism led to the January 3 bombing of a nuclear power. Extremism led to the economic blockade of Venezuela, to the commercial blockade, to the financial blockade,” criticized the president in charge from the state of Bolívar, during the beginning of the second phase of the National Pilgrimage for a Venezuela without Sanctions and in Peace.
In this regard, he emphasized that “the time has come for justice for Venezuela” and for social equality for the People, which represents Commander Chávez's project.
“We are not going to hand over that project. The Chávez project, the Bolivar project, we are not going to hand it over, we are going to defend it as we are defending it, we are going to defend it with the national union,” he stressed.
