From the Pozo Verde sector of Bolívar state, during a meeting with the “Guerrilla Commander Américo Silva” community, the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted the historic role that the country's productive bases have assumed in the face of economic difficulties, and called for expanding the export of communal production to new international markets.
“Faced with the worst economic blockade in the history of Venezuela, the community, peasant, fisherman and producer people stood up. In a national union, we are taking the country forward,” said Rodríguez
The President in Charge pointed out that the country has entered a second phase of territorial deployment aimed at energizing the productive sectors from the ground up. In this regard, he insisted that producers must transcend national borders taking advantage of the successful experiences that are already registered in the country.
“We have already seen how cocoa came out and how communal coffee is being exported and we can go for more. This second stage of the pilgrimage is to go to the depths of productive Venezuela: wherever there is a conuco, a plant, in every corner of our Caribbean Sea and our rivers,” he emphasized.
He asserted that the National Government is actively working to attract international investment, with the objective that these resources are directly translated into social welfare, ensuring the strengthening of food, health, education and housing missions, as well as fair attention to pensioners and pensioners.
He also defined this deployment across the country's regions as a “pilgrimage of solidarity” based on face-to-face encounter and constructive dialogue between citizens.
“We are going to become a society of good, of love and of tolerance. No more hate; let those who hate stay in a corner and don't hinder Venezuela for good,” he said, while congratulating the inhabitants of Pozo Verde for their mobilization and commitment to building a free, independent and peaceful nation.
