Bolivar State sent more than 1,400 tons of supplies to affected families

More than 1,400 tons of humanitarian aid were
sent to Caracas from Bolivar state to help
families in areas affected by the earthquakes.
According to a press release from the Government
this Sunday, the third
shipment of food, clothing, medical supplies, utensils, medicines and everything
necessary, sent by the Government of Bolivar State to support the victims of the two earthquakes, went to Caracas and La Guaira.
In this regard, Yulisbeth García, governor of
the entity, thanked the Bolivarian people, businessmen, merchants, the
different chambers; construction, furniture, commerce, public and
private sectors, as well as the coordination with the mayors of the 11 municipalities for the donations received.
“The people of Bolívar state
continue to show solidarity, the struggle continues daily, we must
remain united in one heart, in each collection center there is the
hope of being able to help those who need it most,” said García.
He also called on the people to continue
joining the more than 30 collection centers that are open in the 11
municipalities of the state of Bolivar.
