Bolivarian Government announces deployment of the 2024 Asphalt Plan in Apure

This Thursday, February 22, the Minister of Popular Power for Transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán announced that in the coming days the comprehensive rehabilitation of the main roads in the Apure state will begin.

During the working day, the authorities who toured the area stated that progress will be made with the 2024 Asphalt Plan, instructed by the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, on the more than 200 kilometers of road planned, where additional work will also be done to correct edge faults, generated by the undermining of the Apure River.

The head of the transport portfolio, assured that there are currently four active work fronts in the region, mentioning, among others, the project on the border between Barinas and Apure, specifically in Bruzual, with the construction of the alternative road and dredging works; in this way, they added that they will continue hand in hand, central and regional government, overcoming obstacles, to keep the word committed by the Bolivarian Government.
