Bolivarian Government begins asphalting in Cota Mil as part of the National Road Plan 2026

The sectoral vice-president of Public Works and Services, Juan Ramírez Luces, announced the start of asphalting on Boyacá Avenue on instructions from the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, as part of the National Road Plan 2026.
The Minister of Transport, Jacqueline Fanía, said that the intervention will cover 13 kilometers of the road and that the work will be carried out at night.
“We are going to work every day, square meter that is scarified, square meter that asphalt is placed,” he said.
The president of the Road Maintenance Company (ENVIAL), Isaías Narváez, indicated that technical tests are being carried out to ensure the strength of the pavement.
