Bolivarian Government completed waterproofing at “Simon Bolivar” International Airport

The Minister for Transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán, announced the completion of the waterproofing work at Simón Bolívar International Airport, in the state of La Guaira.

“As a result of the efforts of our working class, we have 100% completed the waterproofing of all the terminals of the “Simon Bolivar” International Airport in Maiquetía,” he posted on his Instagram account.

In the same way, he explained that this rehabilitation is part “of the Comprehensive Transformation Plan of the gateway to Venezuela and strengthens the infrastructure, to guarantee greater safety and comfort for users and passengers, fulfilling the mission entrusted by our president Nicolás Maduro.”

The minister stressed that the institution will continue working to improve each space at Maiquetía airport.

“We continue to work with commitment to optimize every space at the country's main airport, moving towards a modern, efficient and worthy aeronautical system worthy of our country! We are continuing with a firm step towards excellence!” , highlighted.
