The Bolivarian Government inaugurated two specialized mobile clinics for women's care in the Guacara municipality of the state of Carabobo, which will benefit more than 160 communities in providing care for different services, including internal medicine, gynecology and ultrasound.

“From Guacara, we wanted to start with these wonderful Mobile Clinics that will be at the free service of all women in the Guacara municipality and throughout the state of Carabobo, this month we are going to use it as a pilot plan so that we have a year-round program for the prevention of breast and cervical cancer, which are the main pathologies affecting our women,” said the governor of the entity, Rafael Lacava.

This initiative, framed in the Great Venezuela Women's Mission, is part of the instructions given by President Nicolás Maduro to give the greatest attention to women in the country, Lacava said.

“Now they will have the possibility of preventing these pathologies in a timely manner, because if we arrive at an early and timely detection of these ailments, we know that the cure rate is practically 100 percent and that is what all these programs that the head of state makes available to us to all Carabobeños seek,” he said.

Lacava congratulated the mayor of Guacara, Johan Castañeda, the Minister for Women, Jhoanna Carrillo, and all the people who made possible the coordination for the deployment of these mobile clinics in Carabobo, according to a press release from the Government.
