Bolivarian Government of Amazonas verified equipment at La Florida substation

The governor of Amazonas, Miguel Rodríguez, reported that his administration is carrying out coordinated actions with the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) to advance the stabilization of the regional electricity system.

He pointed out that these works are part of the commitment made to address the variations registered in the entity.

Rodríguez indicated that he moved to the La Florida substation, in the south of Valencia, where he revised a bank of key capacitors to regulate voltage and improve service operation throughout the jurisdiction.

He stressed that the support of national authorities has been permanent, which makes it easier to move forward in the recovery of local energy infrastructure.

The president stated that his management will continue in the operational spaces together with the technical staff to address the situation affecting the communities. He added that the deployment in the substations is part of a comprehensive plan aimed at providing direct answers to the demands related to the stability of the electricity supply.
