Bolivarian Government operates on cataract and pterygium patients in Táchira

A total of 308 people were operated on by the Tachirense Family Foundation, which promoted 272 cataract and 36 pterygium surgeries at the San Cristóbal Central Hospital.

Karen Duran, president of the foundation, explained that these requests came through the conferences that have been held in the different territories and those received by social networks. “We are constantly promoting these interventions. This time of cataracts and pterygium, favoring 308 patients,” Durán said, quoted by the regional press.

“Our president Nicolás Maduro reaches every corner of the state of Táchira. We receive the requests through different channels, on Instagram, on TikTok, when we go home to home, with the comprehensive days Together as a Tachirense Family, when we go to our grandparents, with the Great Venezuela Women's Mission, when we receive them through the Government,” he said.
