The governor of the state of Yaracuy, Leonardo Intoci, reported the reception of 28 medical teams for the emergency, neonatology and intensive care units of the Children's Hospital.

“We received 28 high-tech equipment to strengthen critical areas of our Children's Hospital: emergency, neonatology and intensive care,” Intoci said, adding that “this delivery, made thanks to President Nicolás Maduro and the Ministry of People's Power for Health, represents a firm step towards a more decisive and humane health system.”

The donation includes incubators, CPAP machines, mechanical ventilators and a surgical table. These items will allow the hospital to expand its operational capacity.

In addition, 30 professionals have been trained to use the equipment and implement care protocols for pediatric patients.
