Bolivarian Government refines details for the V International Meeting of Venezuelan Specialty Coffee

With a firm commitment to strengthening the country's agro-productive engine, the Minister of Popular Power for Productive Agriculture and Lands, Vladimir Padrino López, reported that organizational details are currently being fine-tuned for the celebration of the V International Meeting of Venezuelan Specialty Coffee, which will take place from July 10 to 12 at the facilities of Simon Bolivar Park in La Carlota.
“Coffee growers, businessmen,
international tasters, renowned roasters and the Bolivarian Government, united to
continue positioning Venezuelan coffee as a world reference,”
Padrino López said in a post on his Telegram channel.
Minister Padrino López emphasized that the
meeting will not only be a commercial showcase, but an ideal space for the
exchange of knowledge, export experiences and the exhibition of technological
innovations applied to the field, key tools for
strengthening and raising the standards of one of the most emblematic areas of national identity.
“This meeting will allow us to exchange
knowledge and advance the technological vanguard to boost our
production. I invite you all to join this great experience; let no one be
left out. Venezuela smells like coffee!” , the Minister pointed out.
He also asserted that together with the
National Assembly they are working on a law that will give strength to the sector.
The call is formally open to producers, baristas, entrepreneurs and the general public to attend exhibition days, tastings and business meetings, consolidating food sovereignty and the diversification of the national economy.
