The Ministry of People's Power for Water reported that the Bolivarian Government activated an operational structure to serve the areas impacted by the double earthquake in La Guaira, Caracas, Miranda and Carabobo, with more than 100 workers deployed in high-demand tasks to ensure immediate response in each territory.

Specifically, the crews carry out supply and technical support actions in water systems, with 649,962 liters distributed to serve the population at the points prioritized by the contingency.

The agency stressed that the deployment is based on civic, military and police coordination. Men and women from different institutions join forces to maintain operation in the spaces where they have been required.

The tasks are part of the comprehensive care scheme aimed at restoring services and accompanying communities as damage assessments and recovery actions progress.
