Bolivarian Government repaired pipes to guarantee water service in sectors of Táchira

The president of the Hydrological Department of the Southwest Region (HIDROSOUTHWEST), Arquimedes Uzcátegui, reported that in record time a 40-inch carbon steel pipe was rehabilitated to guarantee the supply of water to the inhabitants of the municipalities of Cárdenas, Capacho Nuevo, Capacho Viejo, Bolívar and Pedro María Ureña in the state of Táchira.

“An extraordinary job was carried out where heavy machinery, personnel with specialized welding labor and a great professional team were mobilized,” Uzcátegui said through the social network Instagram.

This work was supervised by the president of the hydrological company, who coordinated the operational deployment.

On an ongoing basis, the crews of HIDROSOUTHWEST remain deployed on the different fronts. The rehabilitation, cleaning of the ravine, unclogging and preventive maintenance, carried out in the immediate vicinity of the La Bermeja dam, are carried out at full speed, as part of the action plan.
