Caldera Morales celebrated the growth of operational capacity in the state, detailing that for the good life of the population: “Today, from 130 quadrants, we went to 201 quadrants.” This increase seeks to guarantee an immediate and efficient response in the five strategic axes of Zulia, allowing security to reach directly to the most vulnerable communities under a comprehensive care scheme.

Finally, the regional president thanked the sectoral vice-president for his presence on the axis and his commitment to national sovereignty. The governor concluded by reaffirming his commitment to working hand in hand with popular power: “Thank you brother Diosdado Cabello for being attentive... governing and obeying together with our people, two thousand one hundred and ninety-one communal councils of this metropolitan axis, which Zulia is organized in five axes.”
