Bolivarian militia members march in support of the Homeland

This Friday, September 5, those enlisted in the National Militia staged a large mobilization throughout the national territory in a clear demonstration of support for the defense of the Fatherland.

The Combatant Corps confirm their support for the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, for the defense of the Homeland and for the Bolivarian Revolution.

“Through this mobilization, which today is taking place all over the country in the face of new threats from the imperialist government of the United States with the intention of undermining the national sovereignty and peace of the Venezuelan people, we say we are present and ready to defend our peace,” said Carmen Ramírez from the country's capital

For his part, Jorge Morillo in Aragua stressed that “we are here on a voluntary basis to express our support for President Nicolás Maduro, who has played it all for us and because today we belong to him.”

Meanwhile, the mayor of the Sucre municipality, Miranda state, Diógenes Lara, stated that this march has been activated in defense of the sovereignty of Venezuela, and is led by the people, the maximum guarantor of the nation's peace.

For her part, the governor of the state of Aragua, Joana Sánchez, stressed that the Venezuelan people have taken to the streets of the country to express their strong support for the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, as well as the strong rejection of the calls for war promoted by North American imperialism.
