Bolivarian National Police arrested a subject with 26.7 kilos of marijuana

Members of the Bolivarian National Police Force (CPNB) managed to apprehend in flagrante delicto a subject carrying 54 packages of marijuana, in the state of Apure.


According to information published by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), the seizure was achieved after investigative work carried out by the Anti-Drug Division and the Police Directorate of Aquatic Spaces of the CPNB, and the arrest was achieved.

“The person involved, upon realizing the presence of the uniformed personnel, tried to evade the

security fence and began to flee on foot to a nearby alley; however, officials managed to intercept him a few meters away,” VTV explained .

The subject carried with him a total of 54 packages, such as panela, of marijuana, which after the corresponding weighing yielded an approximate weight of 26.7 kg.
