The Supreme Federal Court (STF) of Brazil established new conditions to allow the use of the social network X in the Amazon country.
In this regard, Alexandre de Moraes, minister of the (STF) fixed a fine of a fine of 1.8 million dollars for non-compliance with X on the decision of the Brazilian court that ordered the suspension of the platform when it returned to operating in the country two days last week.
According to Moraes, unblocking the social network depends on “full compliance with Brazilian legislation” and “absolute compliance with the decisions of the Judiciary”.
